We are currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role requires someone who is friendly, organized, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. The scheduled hours are Sunday and Monday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and residents, offering a professional and welcoming presence at the community front desk. In addition to greeting guests, this role includes answering and directing phone calls, maintaining important resident emergency data and logs, as well as overseeing the cleanliness and supply levels in the reception area. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and prior experience in front desk or customer service roles are necessary to thrive in this position.
