Dial prides itself on fostering a culture where team members not only contribute significantly to the well-being of residents but also develop personally and professionally through meaningful interactions and supportive workplace policies.
Working at Dial means you become part of a family. This position at Dial is designed to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a welcoming and warm environment throughout the community. You will play a crucial role in supporting daily front desk operations, facilitating clear and effective communication across various departments, and assisting residents and their families with diverse needs, such as transportation arrangements and general inquiries.
The part-time front desk role is also essential in ensuring safety, order, and smooth scheduling for community resources such as guest suites and private dining facilities. You will monitor common areas to promote a friendly and secure atmosphere, manage client and resident deliveries, and assist in administrative tasks that keep the community running efficiently. In addition, this position demands readiness to respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, making you a vital point of contact when residents need urgent help.
Dial offers numerous benefits to its employees, reflecting our commitment to a positive work-life balance and personal growth. These perks include paid time off for birthdays and anniversaries, tuition assistance to support further education, double pay on holidays, and PTO accrual from the first day of employment. We also offer referral bonuses, free meals during shifts, a loyalty incentive program, employee recognition initiatives, significant discounts through major carriers like Verizon and AT&T, pay advance programs, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and a 401k plan, ensuring you are well-supported in every aspect of your career and well-being.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who have experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior living and seek to make a meaningful difference in a nurturing environment. Whether you are looking to develop valuable skills or contribute your abilities to a cause that matters, Dial provides an environment where your contributions truly count, and your efforts are sincerely appreciated.
