As part of Humana, a nationally recognized healthcare company, CenterWell emphasizes whole-person wellness that improves health outcomes by spending more time engaging with each patient than traditional care models. This approach helps identify and manage chronic health conditions, conduct screenings, provide minor injury treatment, and support wellness visits and physical exams. Candidates will benefit from joining a supportive workplace culture that values teamwork, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. The workweek comprises 40 hours, and the salary range for this role is between $41,800 and $50,400 per year with eligibility for bonus incentives based on individual and company performance. Employees receive comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, retirement savings plans, paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life insurance, and disability benefits.
