As part of the Touchstone family, the facility emphasizes compassionate care, innovation, and best-in-class healthcare delivery, aiming to lead the post-acute healthcare market with outstanding service and commitment.
The Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator role at La Frontera Nursing and Rehabilitation is a vital position responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for visitors, residents, and staff. Serving as the first point of contact, the person in this role must exhibit exceptional communication and organizational skills while managing high volumes of telephone calls and in-person inquiries. This fast-paced position requires a calm and efficient individual who can balance multiple tasks and support emergency procedures confidently.
This full-time role offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as paycheck advances, tuition reimbursement, and 401(k) matching. Employees begin accruing paid time off from day one, and there are numerous bonus opportunities available. The workplace culture fosters a sense of belonging, where every voice matters, and team collaboration is valued. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of the facility by maintaining accurate records, handling mail and correspondence, and collaborating closely with other team members.
Candidates with prior experience in healthcare, especially skilled nursing or similar settings, are preferred but not required. The ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask effectively, and communicate clearly both by phone and in person is essential. A high school diploma or GED is required for this role, along with proven experience managing high volumes of telephone calls. If you are passionate about helping others and want to be part of a meaningful mission dedicated to making lives better, this position at La Frontera Nursing and Rehabilitation offers a fulfilling opportunity to grow in the healthcare field.
