- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Basic computer skills including phone systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Welcome all guests warmly, determine nature of business, assist with sign-in procedure, and announce guest to appropriate personnel or resident
- Assist residents and/or families with requests for transportation, reservations, and general information
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Respond to emergency situations and act as the point of contact in all emergency situations
- Monitor lobby and common areas to ensure safety and promote a positive environment
- Maintain reservations and schedule for guest suites, clubhouse, and private dining
- Receive mail and packages and ensure they are distributed accurately and timely
- Update and maintain resident/family emergency list and contact information as changes occur
- Receive requests for maintenance and housekeeping services
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, typing, data entry, envelope stuffing, addressing, or stamping
- Help promote community events and activities to residents and guests
- Notify supervisor when items need to be ordered, received, and maintain office supply list
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and community information
- Report on-the-job injuries to the supervisor before the end of the work shift on the day the injury occurs
- Other duties as assigned
