Job Description

The Phoenix Group Advisors is a forward-thinking financial advisory firm located in Downtown Los Angeles, known for providing exceptional client service and fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace environment. As a company dedicated to excellence and innovation, The Phoenix Group Advisors strives to support both its clients and employees by maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. They pride themselves on their commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity employment, reflecting a workplace culture where everyone can thrive regardless of background or identity.

The Receptionist at The Phoenix Group Advisors plays a critical role as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and personnel entering the Downtown Los Angeles office. This in-office position operates Monday through Friday, requiring a reliable presence to maintain front desk operations and ensure visitors are greeted warmly and professionally. Beyond the traditional reception duties such as answering and directing calls, the Receptionist supports broader office functions, including fulfilling daily support requests, coordinating with internal teams, and managing administrative details that help maintain a smooth workflow.

This role demands a personable and polished demeanor, ensuring the front desk reflects the professionalism and high standards of The Phoenix Group Advisors. Responsibilities include escorting guests, handling client and employee inquiries, and providing information about the building amenities. The Receptionist is also charged with maintaining cleanliness and readiness of conference rooms, common areas, and workstations, while assisting with basic technical troubleshooting and ensuring that office spaces are appropriately equipped. The ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities efficiently is essential, as is maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive or proprietary information.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least three years of experience in reception or office support roles and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. They should be adept at managing phone systems, scheduling tools, and other technology platforms commonly used in office environments. Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills, support a safe and healthy workspace, and contribute positively to an inclusive workplace culture. This position offers a unique opportunity for growth within a respected financial advisory company where professional development and employee well-being are valued. The Phoenix Group Advisors encourages individuals from all backgrounds to apply and join their dedicated team.
