Job Duties

  • Greets and directs visitors and completes and issues documentation, including badges and guest lists
  • Handles telephone calls, monitors emails and mail and overnight documents
  • Schedules appointments including catering needs, maintains calendars, handles travel arrangements for the team
  • Ensures meeting and conference rooms are reserved and equipped for meetings
  • Operates office machines such as photocopiers, scanners, and voice mail systems
  • Stamps and sorts packages and mail and distributes to appropriate parties in a timely manner
  • Maintains tidy office area and supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt
  • Undertakes general clerical duties and specific projects as assigned
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned
