We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable Night Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential as the first point of contact for customers during the evening hours, contributing significantly to maintaining the dealership's high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. The Night Receptionist will work Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, ensuring coverage during key hours to accommodate customer needs. In this role, the Night Receptionist will be responsible for greeting customers and visitors professionally and courteously as they arrive during evening hours. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area is vital for creating a positive first impression of the dealership. The role also includes assisting with light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments, which are critical for smooth dealership operations. Additionally, the Night Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring dealership security protocols are followed correctly when closing or during after-hours, helping to protect the dealership's assets and ensure staff safety.
