The role of Receptionist at Atria Senior Living offers an important opportunity for individuals who want to play a vital part in the daily operations of a senior living community. This is a part-time position that involves providing office support and acting as the first point of contact for residents, family members, vendors, and visitors. The Receptionist helps ensure the community runs smoothly by answering questions, handling calls and walk-ins with professionalism, assisting with onboarding new residents, and supporting various community activities. Job Duties

  • Answer questions and complete onboarding tasks for residents
  • Aid residents, family members, and vendors with questions and direct them appropriately
  • Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in traffic professionally
  • Assist potential residents by completing discovery and scheduling appointments
  • Conduct discovery sales calls and schedule follow-ups with sales leaders
  • Provide back-up support to the Enrichment Coordinator
  • Manage general community paperwork including mail, marketing, and communications
  • Keep staff and resident records current
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned
