The Receptionist position at Majestic Care of West Allen is a vital role that combines administrative skill with frontline communication responsibilities. This full-time role demands a highly organized and professional individual who is capable of managing various office functions seamlessly while supporting a busy healthcare environment. The primary responsibility is to handle a high volume of telephone calls via the switchboard, providing callers with clear and accurate information, and efficiently routing incoming communication. Additionally, the Receptionist maintains office supplies, assists with essential clerical activities such as faxing, copying, and mail management, and supports special projects and overflow work as needed. Job Duties

  • Receive and route a high volume of calls through the switchboard and supply information to callers and relay messages
  • maintain the office supply inventory at an appropriate level and order additional supplies as needed
  • assist with faxing and copying as needed
  • sort, distribute, and manage all incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
  • complete special projects and overflow work as needed
  • assist with travel arrangements and hotel accommodations as requested
  • request postage as needed and maintain updating of postage machine
  • meet and address visitors, ascertain nature of business, and direct accordingly
