Barry Apartments currently has an immediate opening for a part-time Receptionist to become the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors. This role is vital in establishing a positive and warm atmosphere within the community. The part-time receptionist will be entrusted with greeting all individuals entering the facility in a friendly and professional manner, answering and directing incoming calls, and handling mail and deliveries. In addition, the Receptionist will support administrative tasks such as assisting the Property Manager and staff, preparing resident communications including notices and birthday cards, and helping organize resident events and activities. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a sincere understanding of working with a senior demographic are essential for success in this role.
