We are currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to join our dedicated team, working primarily on weekends. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the first impression of our community for guests, residents, and their families. The Front Desk Associate provides exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and reassuring environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting front desk operations, assisting residents and families with various requests, managing communication between departments, and ensuring smooth handling of administrative tasks. Job Duties
- Welcome all guests warmly, determine nature of business, assist with sign-in procedure, and announce guest to appropriate personnel or resident
- Assist residents and/or families with requests for transportation, reservations, and general information
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Respond to emergency situations and act as the point of contact in all emergencies
- Monitor lobby and common areas to ensure safety and promote a positive environment
- Maintain reservations and schedule for guest suites, clubhouse, and private dining
- Receive mail and packages and ensure accurate and timely distribution
