This part-time Receptionist position at HHRTF offers 20 hours per week, primarily scheduled for every weekend from 12:30 pm to 11:00 pm. Job Duties

  • Oversees reception area ensuring switchboard coverage and monitors visitors including welcoming them and managing sign-in process
  • Assists staff by answering and directing incoming and outgoing telephone calls efficiently and respectfully
  • Engages with the public and state employees answering routine inquiries and referring difficult questions to supervisors
  • Responds appropriately to emergency situations such as fire alarms or power failures and notifies appropriate personnel
  • Performs record keeping functions including reviewing and entering admission data into computer system
  • Maintains doctors' monthly schedules in collaboration with medical staff
  • Sells meal tickets for visitors and monitors copy machine operation
  • Meets quality and productivity standards and promotes patient safety culture through reporting significant events and participating in safety programs
