With a strong emphasis on professionalism, innovation, and client satisfaction, this firm has established itself as an industry leader with a global presence and a commitment to excellence. Based in Jacksonville, FL, this corporate office serves as a key hub for the company’s administrative and operational efforts, supporting high-visibility projects and facilitating day-to-day activities that drive business success.
The role being offered is a Receptionist position designed to support this bustling corporate office environment. This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity, making it an excellent chance for administrative professionals seeking a stable yet dynamic workplace. The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors, setting the tone for a professional and welcoming office atmosphere. This role requires a polished and proactive individual who is capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a warm and approachable demeanor.
The working schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, guaranteeing a consistent weekday routine. As the face of the office, the Receptionist will greet guests courteously, manage incoming calls, organize meeting room reservations, coordinate office supplies, process mail, and assist in a variety of administrative functions essential to maintaining smooth office operations. Furthermore, this role supports local office leadership and the Operations team with key administrative tasks, ensuring processes and workflows are followed effectively and on time. The ideal candidate thrives on anticipating office needs, solving potential issues before they escalate, and fostering an environment where both employees and visitors feel valued and well-served.
This position demands exceptional organizational skills, superior communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite alongside a demonstrated capacity to manage complex, multi-step processes. Experience working in a customer-facing role within a professional office setting is essential, as is the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Preferred qualifications include experience with calendar management, event planning, and familiarity with Adobe products, especially Adobe Creative Suite. Previous exposure to corporate offices with high client interaction or supporting executives and leadership teams will be advantageous, adding value to the candidate's ability to seamlessly integrate into the company culture and operational rhythm.
Overall, the Receptionist position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading commercial real estate firm while growing professionally in a supportive and structured corporate environment. Candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to excellent service will find this role both rewarding and challenging, providing a platform to showcase their administrative talents and interpersonal skills.
