In this role, the Receptionist will be responsible for essential duties that enhance the customer’s experience and support the sales team. Job Duties
- Serve as first point of contact for customers
- greet and welcome customers

- check in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team member

- track incoming sales calls in the CRM
- assist customers with questions directed to the reception desk
- perform other duties as assigned
