Lifespace is currently seeking a Concierge to join their Customer Service team at the Newcastle Place community located in Mequon, Wisconsin. This role is hourly paid with a range of $15.00 to $20.40 per hour, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service, who want to make a difference in the lives of seniors by providing personalized experiences.

The Concierge plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests. Responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors warmly and promptly, assisting with vehicle support such as helping residents in and out of vehicles and handling package delivery, and offering information on local attractions and events. This role also involves scheduling appointments, coordinating transportation needs, and managing dining room reservations to enhance residents' daily experiences. The concierge serves as a friendly and knowledgeable representative of the community, providing personalized service with urgency and care.
