Sea Mar prioritizes the professional growth and competence of its employees by requiring pre-hire and ongoing competency tests, along with mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (with approved exemptions). The work environment is dynamic, with a moderate to high noise level and shared workspaces, reflecting the bustling nature of healthcare service delivery.
