We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist for a temporary-to-permanent role located in Boston, MA. The position offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $21 per hour, providing stability for individuals seeking consistent work hours. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient in using phone and computer systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, employees, contractors, and visitors in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner
  • Manage daily guest lists, visitor registration requests, reception mailbox inquiries, and security system entries
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and voicemails to appropriate personnel
  • Administer access badges, replacement badge requests, Grab-N-Go cards, transit passes, and related employee support items
  • Schedule and reserve conference rooms using the reservation system while supporting meeting room coordination
  • Maintain the reception area, monthly reports, site procedures, administrative records, and data entry tasks
