Known for its compassionate staff and commitment to quality care, Cambridge Nursing & Rehabilitation has cultivated a reputation as an employer that values teamwork, patient-centered care, and professional growth. The organization is continually expanding its team to support its mission of delivering outstanding healthcare and rehabilitation services to the community it serves.

Currently, Cambridge Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and organized part-time Receptionist who will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the facility’s front desk. This position demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to work cohesively with staff and visitors alike. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing telephone and reception duties, maintaining personnel and resident records, as well as assisting with organization and coordination tasks involving bookkeeping and schedules. The role includes arranging meetings, managing meal ticket sales, and ensuring that important contact lists are accurate and accessible. This position is vital in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, residents, and staff, enhancing everyday operational efficiency.

The Receptionist will work a part-time schedule on Monday and Friday from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm, and on weekends Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. This schedule helps accommodate the facility’s need for consistent front desk coverage during key hours, ensuring that residents and visitors receive timely assistance. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel due to the nature of document handling and record keeping. Additionally, the Receptionist will support new employee orientation processes as needed and assist in communicating effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff members.

This position offers various benefits depending on employment status, including health, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and critical illness plans. The company provides life insurance paid by the firm, a 401K plan with company match, and innovative pay options such as same-day pay via Tapcheck.
