Receptionists are an integral part of the administrative team and act as ambassadors, embodying the core values and mission of the business in every interaction. This position requires a high level of professionalism, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication capabilities. Receptionists are responsible for greeting and assisting guests, handling calls, managing calendar appointments for senior management, and performing a variety of clerical duties such as filing, copying, and managing correspondence. This role also requires maintaining security protocols by logging visitors and issuing badges, overseeing the receipt of goods, and ensuring proper purchase order workflows are followed. The receptionist must exhibit a friendly and positive attitude, serving both internal teams and external guests with outstanding service. Job Requirements

- proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- 1+ years experience working in an office atmosphere
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining a positive attitude
- assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- answer phones, screen incoming calls, and handle business-related inquiries
- assist with the receiving of goods and ensure Purchase Order workflow is followed
- maintain security required logbooks and issue visitor badges
- perform general clerical duties such as copying, filing, and emailing documents
- other duties as assigned
