The Receptionist role at Roebbelen Contracting is a full-time position scheduled from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a competitive hourly pay range of $19 to $23. Job Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees while creating a professional and welcoming first impression
- Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and lobby area
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Prepare outgoing shipments through FedEx, USPS, and other carriers
- Maintain logs for incoming deliveries and distribute packages appropriately
- Assist with meeting preparation and general office support
