Job Duties
- Effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls utilizing a multi-line phone system, demonstrate professionalism at all times
- Provide support as a receptionist and assist the Service and Testing Departments with accounts receivable daily checks log, office supply orders, confirmations, matching packing slips, archiving, and data entry
- Assist in identifying customer needs and perform administrative duties
- Maintain and renew business licenses and various permits
- Provide support to the Vice President and Sales teams
- Complete all appropriate company paperwork as required
