The organization prides itself on creating a supportive atmosphere that combines compassionate care with practical support systems, ensuring that participants and their families receive the highest standard of service and attention. As a respected entity within the community, Brio Living Services emphasizes inclusivity, equal opportunity employment, and accessibility for all individuals, including those with disabilities. The company fosters a culture that nurtures professional growth and offers numerous benefits designed to support both personal and career development.
The Receptionist position at the Huron Valley PACE Center embodies the essential first point of contact, setting the tone for participants, families, staff, caregivers, and visitors alike. This full-time role, scheduled for 40 hours per week from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, requires a dependable and personable individual who can create a welcoming and efficient front desk operation. The receptionist is not only responsible for greeting visitors warmly but also for managing participant check-in processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting clerical activities that contribute to the smooth functioning of the center. Key responsibilities include answering and routing incoming calls promptly, monitoring waiting areas to ensure comfort and safety, and distributing mail and internal communications.
Moreover, this role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with safety protocols and confidentiality standards, including adherence to HIPAA regulations. A successful candidate will bring an ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment, demonstrating both strong organizational skills and a compassionate approach to service. The position offers a competitive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance starting shortly after hire, retirement savings plans, wellness program reimbursements, and generous paid time off. Employees are supported through career development initiatives such as tuition assistance and educational scholarships, alongside unique perks like daily pay transfers and referral bonuses. This opportunity presents an excellent path for individuals seeking to make a meaningful impact in elder care while advancing their own professional journey in a supportive and dynamic setting.
