The part-time Receptionist role at Lincolnwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center encompasses being the face of the facility, where every interaction helps create a welcoming and professional first impression for residents, families, and visitors. Job Duties

  • Coordinate daily office activities and support overall facility operations
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, correspondence, packages, and other communications professionally and promptly
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support basic bookkeeping and administrative recordkeeping tasks as needed
  • Track office supply inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Prepare and submit timely reports as requested by leadership
  • Assist colleagues and departments with administrative support as needed to maintain smooth operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and office environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support office efficiency and resident services
