Job Duties

  • Welcome visitors and ensure proper sign-in and sign-out procedures are followed
  • Monitor facility entrances and follow building security procedures to support resident safety
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments, staff, or resident rooms
  • Perform administrative support tasks including typing, copying, filing, and mail distribution
  • Maintain copier and office supply areas and distribute incoming faxes
  • Sort and distribute resident and facility mail
  • Maintain resident directories and mailing information
  • Prepare door tags, reports, and other clerical documents as requested
  • Assist with resident transportation and help residents enter or exit the facility when needed
  • Use the facility intercom system for announcements and staff paging
  • Attend required trainings and comply with facility policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
