Job Duties

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails and mail distribution
  • Assist with office management tasks such as proofreading documents maintaining supplies and supporting clerical duties
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a professional environment
  • Perform administrative tasks such as typing reports and supporting personal assistant duties as needed
