This vital role serves as the "Master of First Impressions," acting as the initial point of contact for clients, guests, and staff in a bustling professional services environment. The Receptionist will provide essential clerical and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and facilitating communication throughout the office. Job Duties
- Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate person
- deliver prompt, accurate messages to attorneys and staff
- greet clients/guests and notify attorneys or staff when visitors have arrived
- manage the office conference room bookings, schedule meetings, and assist with coordinating events
- maintain reception area and log guests
- assist with administrative projects as assigned, including copying, scanning, file management, etc.
- ability to operate standard office equipment, including personal computer/Outlook suite, photocopier, fax machine, phone and voicemail systems
- work closely with Regional Office Administrator
