The role of Receptionist at Legend Senior Living is a vital position within the administrative team. This full-time role involves being the welcoming face of the community, responsible for greeting residents, visitors, and staff courteously and professionally. The Receptionist will manage the front desk operations, including answering telephones, relaying messages, and assisting with various clerical tasks such as typing, faxing, copying, filing, emailing, accepting packages, and preparing mailings. Additionally, the Receptionist supports the sales team by making calls, conducting community tours, entering data, and managing inventory.
