The job schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break, allowing for a structured and consistent workweek with occasional overtime as needed. Compensation starts at $24 per hour, with pay commensurate with experience. This full-time position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele and staff, ensuring clear, respectful, and productive interactions across all parties.

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, customers, and guests in a professional manner
  • answer, screen, and route calls using a multi-line phone system

  • order and maintain office supplies and inventory records
  • sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing shipments (UPS/FedEx)
  • perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, copying, and record maintenance
