Job Duties

  • Warmly greet customers
  • communicate and educate the customer on General Clips processes, Online Check-in and the Wait Time Monitor
  • process transactions and issue receipts
  • have general knowledge of retail products and the ability to make recommendations
  • manage the flow of customers between check-in and the service
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
  • manage answering phones
