Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative or customer service roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers, applicants, vendors, and other visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming calls, route inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and provide accurate information as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and ensure timely delivery to staff
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare conference rooms for events or training sessions
- Monitor visitor logbooks, issue badges, and follow all office security protocols
