Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for all employees, guests, executives, vendors, and visitors entering the workplace
- Serve as the first point of contact for the workplace through in-person interactions, phone communication, e-mail, and Slack messaging
- Ensure a smooth and seamless employee and guest experience by communicating warmly, clearly, and effectively while providing timely support and direction
- Maintain consistent front-of-house coverage during business hours and remain readily available to support employees and visitors
- Build trusted relationships with employees, executives, cross-functional teams, vendors, and workplace partners
- Support high-profile meetings, executive visits, VIP guests, and onsite events by assisting with logistics, catering coordination, room readiness, supplies, and hospitality support
- Support workplace events, employee engagement initiatives, and special onsite activities as needed
- Perform general office and workplace support duties, including mail handling, shipping coordination, wayfinding support, office tours, and logistical assistance
- Provide professional, timely, courteous, and accurate service while maintaining strong knowledge of workplace operations, amenities, and protocols
- Maintain ownership of the front-of-house appearance, cleanliness, and readiness while proactively identifying and escalating workplace concerns or maintenance needs
- Regularly collaborate with Security and workplace partners to support front-of-house operations, visitor management, and safety/security protocols
- Support Lost & Found, luggage management, visitor check-in processes, and other front-of-house operational procedures
- Learn quickly, follow detailed processes and procedures, and independently solve problems using available resources and sound judgment
- Utilize workplace technology, communication tools, and software platforms necessary to perform daily responsibilities
- Perform daily operational responsibilities with initiative and accountability, including opening/closing responsibilities, stocking supplies, completing requests, and meeting deadlines
- Support cross-functional workplace initiatives and assist with special projects, operational tasks, and team priorities as needed
