Job Requirements
- One to three years secretarial experience

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and respond to routine inquiries from staff and public
- exercise good telephone etiquette, receive incoming calls, answer routing questions, take reliable messages, route to appropriate staff
- maintain, organize, and update (order) supplies as needed
