Job Duties

  • Screen visitors to ensure security and direct them to appropriate locations
  • inform and ensure all visitors sign in and wear visitor passes
  • provide coverage for admissions coordinator during breaks and as needed
  • connect and transfer telephone calls to appropriate parties and perform overhead paging
  • notify admissions coordinator of tour requests
  • obtain wheelchairs for patients
  • report any unusual behavior in lobby or parking areas to facilities
  • notify nursing staff when gifts for patients arrive for timely delivery
  • postmark outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail
  • log all incoming job applications
