Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience
- One year related experience and/or training working in an office environment, retail or hospitality preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Self-motivated with good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while handling interruptions and working under pressure
- Ability to understand and acknowledge customer/vendor requests and demands
- Team player with willingness to help team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Ability to perform job functions without posing a health or safety threat
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- determine their needs, announce and direct to proper party
- Receive incoming calls, secure identity of callers and connect to proper parties
- Take and relay messages
- Place outgoing calls
- Register individuals and issue visitor/contractor badges, maintain required records
- Responsible for reception area at all times
- Perform a wide variety of clerical duties as necessary or as requested by the Vice President of Administration and/or other department managers
