Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Receptionist to join our expanding team. This role is vital in setting the initial tone for our customers' experiences, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and valued. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, including greeting customers, checking in VIP appointments, directing visitors to appropriate team members, and handling incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency. This position requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic, ready to contribute to the success of the team and the company.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment and demonstrate leadership qualities, initiative, and reliability. Familiarity with computer systems, particularly MS Office and CRM platforms, is essential for tracking incoming sales calls and maintaining organized front desk activities. Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move items up to 50 pounds with assistive devices is also required. Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred

Job Duties

  • First point of contact for customers
  • Greet and welcome customers
  • Set tone for a positive customer experience
  • Check in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team member(s)
  • Coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Track incoming sales calls in our CRM
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success every day
  • Assist customers with any questions directed to the reception desk
  • Other duties, functions and responsibilities may be assigned to the position as appropriate and necessary
