Job Duties
- Greet all visitors to the community
- answer and direct phone calls
- maintain resident emergency data summaries, phone logs, emergency procedures manual, resident sign-in/sign-out logs, guest sign-in books and other documentation
- perform general typing and filing
- monitor electronic resident call box
- maintain cleanliness of front desk and main entrance
- monitor office supplies
