Job Description

Our company is a dedicated professional office committed to providing exceptional administrative support and maintaining a welcoming work environment. We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of kindness, reliability, and efficiency, ensuring every interaction within our office reflects the highest standards of professionalism and care. As a growing establishment, we place great importance on teamwork and encourage continuous development and growth among our staff through supportive resources and comprehensive benefits.

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our dynamic team, a pivotal role that serves as the first point of contact for both visitors and callers. This position requires an individual with exceptional communication skills, a polished demeanor, and a friendly, approachable attitude. The Receptionist plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations by managing incoming calls, directing messages, maintaining office supplies, and supporting general clerical duties. This opportunity is ideal for those who enjoy multitasking in a fast-paced office setting and take pride in being the welcoming face and voice of an organization. The role is full-time and offers an attractive salary package along with a variety of health and professional benefits.

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for handling multiple phone lines professionally, taking accurate messages, and routing inquiries to the appropriate departments efficiently. You will manage office equipment needs, including copiers, fax machines, and scanners, by ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies like paper and toner. Mail management, both incoming and outgoing—including special deliveries such as FedEx and certified mail—will be within your remit, strengthening the overall communications flow of the office. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining personnel records, including auditing I-9 files as directed, and provide supportive administrative assistance to the office team as needed.

By performing these duties, you will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our office environment. We seek a candidate who demonstrates strong organizational skills and proficiency in common office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms. Familiarity with ten-key calculators and handling office equipment is highly valued. Proficiency in managing a multi-line telephone system and voicemail is essential, as is the ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy or courtesy.

Joining our team means becoming part of a workplace where everyone is treated with respect and given opportunities to grow professionally through tuition reimbursement and ongoing corporate resources. We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, extra protection through various insurance plans including AD&D, short-term disability, and critical illness coverage. Life insurance policies, paid time off, immediate eligibility for a 401(k) retirement plan, and other benefits reflect our commitment to supporting the wellbeing and future planning of our employees. If you are a motivated, dependable individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and supporting office operations, we invite you to apply for this important role.
