Spring Gardens Lindon is currently seeking a responsible and exceptional Receptionist to join their Front Desk team on a part-time basis. This position requires the applicant to have availability to work weekends, reflecting the community's commitment to continuous support for its residents and guests. The Receptionist plays a critical role in the daily operations of the community by being the first point of contact for both residents and visitors, providing information, assistance, and exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner. Job Requirements
- Availability to work part-time hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Answer telephones and direct calls promptly and professionally
- Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond immediately to calls
- Manage business center and mail processing
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by following safety standards
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments
- Keep the front lobby and desk clean and organized
- Direct emergency personnel to emergency location and serve as emergency contact
- Document significant incidents in the logbook
- Maintain visitor sign-in/out book, reservation book for guest rooms, and process maintenance work orders
