As a 100 percent employee-owned establishment, we take pride in creating a workplace where each team member is valued and plays an integral role in our success. Our commitment to employee ownership means that we not only invest in the growth and well-being of our clients and visitors but also in the professional and financial growth of our team members. We foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages collaboration, career advancement, and recognition of contributions, ensuring that every employee feels empowered and motivated to perform at their best.

We are currently seeking a personable and efficient Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, setting the tone for the entire office experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that welcomes and assists individuals both in person and via telephone. This position demands strong multitasking capabilities along with a dedication to maintaining a positive and professional work ethic. Responsibilities include greeting visitors with a warm smile, handling phone inquiries promptly, and efficiently directing calls to appropriate departments. Additional duties involve performing various clerical and customer service tasks as assigned, which require proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

This full-time role offers competitive pay commensurate with experience, along with comprehensive benefits available to all full-time employees. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), emphasizing our commitment to your financial future. Other unique advantages of joining our team include education funds and scholarships, nurse aide training and certification programs, and career development opportunities such as pathways to CNA, RN, and beyond. We also support our employees in gaining clinical hours for college students and offer CPR and IV certifications, reflecting our investment in your ongoing professional growth.

At the core of our employment philosophy is the principle that our people are our greatest asset. Our employee ownership structure not only provides competitive wages and benefits but also fosters a culture of shared success, where every team member has a direct stake in the company’s performance and growth. This structure allows employees to access a portion of their earned wages rapidly through innovations like the OnShift Wallet, alongside long-term wealth-building opportunities via our 401(k) and ESOP programs.
