Job Requirements

- Minimum of two years of administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in educational settings preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming visitors, families, students, and staff
- Welcome guests and create a professional, warm, and customer-focused experience
- Monitor and manage incoming public traffic and visitor procedures
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries appropriately
- Provide timely assistance and support to students, families, and visitors
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive student and staff information
- Ensure front office areas remain organized, professional, and functional
- Support school attendance processes and maintain attendance records
- Assist with attendance tracking and reporting requirements
- Work collaboratively with school personnel regarding attendance concerns and student support needs
- Maintain accurate student documentation and records related to attendance activities
- Support communication with families regarding attendance matters as appropriate
- Prepare, distribute, and maintain routine correspondence and school communications
- Provide clerical and administrative support to school leadership and departments as needed
- Assist with procurement and inventory of office supplies and materials
- Maintain filing systems and organizational records
- Support scheduling, document preparation, and administrative workflows
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned
- Collaborate with school leadership and staff to support effective school operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Support organizational transparency, communication, and accountability efforts
- Participate in school meetings, trainings, and operational initiatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support efficient and effective school operations
