Provo Canyon School is a specialized psychiatric residential treatment facility dedicated to serving youth aged 13 to 17 who are dealing with various emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. The Front Desk Receptionist role at Provo Canyon School is a full-time position with a scheduled shift of 36 hours per week, including Sunday through Saturday at varying times. The pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, reflecting the value placed on the essential functions this position supports within the organization. This role requires availability to work at either the Springville location or the Provo location. - High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal history background check and drug screen
- Acceptable oral and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Responds to direct requests or questions from customers in a timely manner
- Responsible for completing daily reception duties during assigned shift
- Responsible for communicating to the reception team of critical and informative information
- updating the communication log at the end of every shift
- Collaborate with other departments to assist with requests and shift coverage
- Order and maintain office and visit room supplies
