We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our Santa Fe, New Mexico branch, a role that is fundamental in shaping the first impressions and ongoing interactions visitors and customers have with our team. The position is positioned within an established and growing team where collaboration and customer service are paramount. The Receptionist position is full-time and requires in-office attendance five days a week, emphasizing the importance of face-to-face interaction in delivering outstanding service.

As a Receptionist at First American, the successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our Santa Fe branch, responsible for greeting and assisting visitors promptly and courteously. You will be the first point of contact by answering and directing incoming calls efficiently. The role involves supporting the internal team by managing administrative tasks such as gathering, reviewing, and preparing critical documents, maintaining accounts, setting up appointments, and assembling document packages. Additionally, managing incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and maintaining office supplies and equipment are also essential duties.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for engaging with new people and helping them achieve what they need, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn other technologies will support daily tasks. A strong work ethic and reliability are crucial, as is the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment aimed at exceeding customer expectations. Although previous experience in an office setting or public-facing role is preferred, a high school diploma or equivalent is required to meet the minimum educational standards.

The pay range for this role is between $16.07 and $21.41 hourly, reflecting a competitive offer based on job-related knowledge, experience, geographic location, and business requirements.
