The Design Studio - Spaces Receptionist role is a contract position based in Cupertino, CA. This position offers hourly pay between $28.00 and $30.00 and requires a fully onsite commitment. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for the creative studios, a critical function responsible for shaping guest experiences, supporting studio operations, and maintaining a high-functioning front-of-house environment. Your responsibilities will merge hospitality, operational excellence, and administrative support, ensuring studio spaces are welcoming, organized, and presentation-ready. The Receptionist must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of discretion to manage sensitive information.

You will take ownership of the daily rhythm of the studio, greeting employees, vendors, and guests with professionalism and warmth. Tasked with organizing shared areas, restocking supplies, managing inventory for kitchens and break rooms, and coordinating meetings and events, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a seamless and efficient studio environment. Collaboration with internal teams such as Studio Operations, Space Planning, Tech Ops, and Facilities will be essential to quickly resolve issues and uphold studio standards. Job Duties

  • Take ownership of the daily operations of the studio, ensuring all spaces are organized, stocked, and presentation-ready
  • Serve as the face of the studio, representing hospitality and professionalism in every interaction
  • Greet and assist employees, guests, and vendors with warmth, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Partner closely with internal partners to maintain a safe, welcoming, and efficient arrival experience for all visitors
  • Act as on-site administrative support for executives and leadership, coordinating deliveries, meetings, and hospitality needs
  • Receive, unpack, and distribute supply and snack orders while maintaining accurate inventory across kitchens, break rooms, and shared areas
  • Frequently restock and organize kitchens and common spaces, promptly replenishing items when supplies run low
