Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Availability to work every other weekend from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Fluency in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with phone systems and office equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
Job Duties
- Answer and transfer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents, families, and visitors
- Direct family members and visitors to the units and around the facility
- Communicate housekeeping needs to the housekeeping department
- Work effectively with the facility team as a whole
- Develop strong communication and phone skills
- Demonstrate command over the English language
