About the role, the Front Desk Concierge at Frenchies is the heart of the salon, responsible for setting the tone of the guest experience through warmth, efficiency, and professionalism. This role involves warmly greeting guests, assisting them through the check-in and check-out processes, and skillfully managing appointment scheduling and phone inquiries. The Front Desk Concierge also plays a vital role in maintaining the salon’s impeccable cleanliness standards and educating guests about the Frenchies Way, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable visit. Moreover, this position promotes the Frenchies Polish Pass program by informing guests about its benefits and encouraging enrollment. Attentiveness to guests’ needs throughout their visit is essential to enhancing comfort and satisfaction.

The schedule is Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm, Saturdays 9am to 5pm, and Sundays from 12pm to 6pm, supporting a balanced work-life harmony.
