Headquartered in the United States, IWG offers professionals and businesses the freedom to work from anywhere in a way that suits their individual needs. The company's extensive portfolio of office spaces, co-working hubs, and meeting rooms are designed to foster productivity, innovation, and community connection. IWG's mission is to empower individuals and businesses to achieve more by redefining the traditional workplace and providing inspiring environments where professionals can thrive.
The role of Community Associate, located in Memphis, Tennessee at 107 S. Main Street, is a full-time, permanent position that is integral to IWG’s commitment to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining vibrant, supportive work communities. This on-site role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations at the workplace center, catering to the needs of a diverse group of customers from various industries. As a Community Associate, you will be the friendly face and first point of contact for clients, responsible for creating a welcoming environment, facilitating their business needs, and supporting the overall community engagement.
Your daily responsibilities will be dynamic and multifaceted, ranging from administrative tasks such as managing mail and invoices, to technical support like setting up projectors and troubleshooting WiFi connections. You will help organize and promote networking events that foster collaboration among community members, enhancing their work experience and building strong professional relationships within the center. With an hourly wage of $18.00 plus a quarterly bonus program, this role offers a competitive compensation package alongside generous benefits. The position requires excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, all while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
At IWG, work-life balance is a priority; you will enjoy flexible scheduling with no standard nights or weekend shifts, allowing you to maintain personal well-being while excelling in your career. The company also offers paid time off for vacation and sick leave, eleven paid company holidays annually, and a robust 401k program with company matching to support your financial future. Additionally, comprehensive health care plans are available to full-time employees, with some options extending to part-time team members.
Joining IWG means being part of a professional and supportive workplace community where business casual attire is the standard, and ongoing training and development opportunities are provided to help you grow professionally. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy interacting with diverse groups of people, and are passionate about delivering exceptional service and fostering community spirit. If you are legally eligible to work in the United States, at least 18 years old, and have a knack for multitasking and customer care, this is a compelling opportunity to advance your career within an industry-leading company that values innovation, flexibility, and employee well-being.
