Job Duties
- Receives guests, ascertains needs, and directs guests appropriately
- courteously answers the phone, directs to appropriate party, and takes accurate messages
- answers routine questions regarding departmental policies, operations and procedures
- schedules facility meetings with residents and families
- contacts patients after discharge from facility at appropriate settings
- assists Business Office with entering invoices for payment
- maintains schedule and cost accounting for Beauty Salon
- completes assignments of special projects by designated deadlines
- monitors individuals in lobby area ensuring resident safety
- performs other duties as assigned
