The role of Receptionist at Sparrow Company is integral to the smooth operation of the daily office environment. This position requires a friendly and professional individual who is able to support the organization's front desk operations while delivering exceptional customer service. The Receptionist acts as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, setting the tone for all interactions at the office. Duties include greeting guests, managing phone communications, scheduling appointments, and performing general administrative tasks. The Receptionist also plays a critical role in maintaining office organization, responding to inquiries, and handling mail and deliveries.

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner
  • answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed

  • respond to emails and assist with basic customer inquiries
  • receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
  • maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • support office staff with additional administrative tasks as assigned
