Employees enjoy paid time off with flexible options, a 401(k) plan with employer match, profit sharing, free meals during shifts, and educational reimbursement opportunities. Other perks include free public transportation passes, employee referral bonuses, access to an onsite fitness center and pool, and participation in employee and resident appreciation programs. Cascade Manor is committed to providing a positive workplace culture where employees can thrive while making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents.

If you have previous experience in reception or customer service, strong communication skills, and a friendly, organized approach, this role is an excellent fit.
