Job Requirements
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or clerical work preferred
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Friendly, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
- Ability to interact professionally with residents, guests, and team members

Job Duties
- Provide front desk coverage by greeting residents, guests, and visitors and answering and directing incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Assist residents and visitors by providing information and directing them to the appropriate department or team member
- Support clerical and administrative functions including mail distribution, recordkeeping, and general office organization
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment by monitoring visitors and supporting daily front desk operations
- Deliver excellent customer service while following community policies, safety procedures, and performing other duties as assigned
